At ZZZ2U, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
30-Day Warranty
All products come with a FREE replacement or refund warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase.
You’re eligible for a refund or replacement if your item:
- Arrives physically damaged
- Is missing parts or accessories
- Is defective
- Is significantly different from the product description
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- It must be properly packed to avoid damage during return shipping
- If damage occurs during return transit, the buyer is responsible for the cost
Issue Resolution
If your item is defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or abuse of the product.
Returns & Refunds Process
Our policy lasts 30 days. After that, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
How to Request a Refund:
- Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging
- Email info@zzz2u.com.au with:
- A detailed reason for the return
- Supporting photos or videos
- Once approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the return address
- Use a trackable mail service — we are not responsible for lost packages
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer and are non-refundable
Please label the return as a gift to avoid customs fees. We do not cover return customs charges.
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method and send a confirmation email.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- Items are returned with missing parts or accessories
- Refunds are delayed or missing (please check with your bank or card provider first)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email info@zzz2u.com.au.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted items are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
- If your order has not been processed or shipped, you may cancel it — a 10% cancellation fee applies
- Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled
Invalid Refund Reasons
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect color, size, or model ordered
- Failure to research before purchasing
Once an order is placed, it forms a legally binding agreement to purchase the items at the listed price.
